Our Policy

  • Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened so as not to delay the next scheduled guest. If you are late more than 15' for your appointment, we have to reschedule your visit for your schedule's technician or other technician will see you so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.


  • If you want to getting both pedicure and manicure, please notify our manager if you would like the services done simultaneously.


  • We promise to give you the best services that you need on the first come first serve basic depending on the service you request. However, each of our staffs is specialized in certain area with her knowledge and experiences. For the best results, we might have to move to the next customer behind you depending on their services. Please do net feel offended and be patient with us and we will get you as soon as possible.

  • A $25 handling fee is charged on all returned checks.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • In consideration of other guests we ask that children have adult supervision.


  • We sell gift certificates in any dollar denomination allowing your guest the most flexibility in choosing their spa visit. Gift certificates are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for lost and stolen gift certificates.
